Account Director

Reports to: Group Account Director

We are seeking an Account Director with a true 360° communication mindset acting as strategic partner to clients and internal teams alike.

The Account Director will play a central role in shaping integrated strategies, leading multidisciplinary teams, and driving sustainable business growth in a fully unified communication environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client accounts within a fully integrated communication model, covering advertising, PR, corporate affairs, digital, and below-the-line activities.
  • Act as the senior strategic advisor to clients, aligning communication strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Design and oversee 360° communication strategies and campaigns, ensuring consistency, impact, and measurable results.
  • Brief, coordinate, and inspire cross-functional teams (Creative, PR, Digital, Media, Technology, Production) to deliver best-in-class work.
  • Ensure excellence in execution: on strategy, on time, on budget.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and key external partners.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business development.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and performance indicators, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Stay at the forefront of communication, media, and technology trends and translate insights into client value.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams within the unified structure, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.

 

Required Experience & Skills

  • At least 5 years working experience as an Account Director, in an agency or consulting environment, in roles covering integrated communication / 360 campaigns.
  • University or College degree/diploma in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent client management, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital ecosystems, media, content, and below-the-line channels.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
