Account Executive

Reports to: Account Manager or Account Director or Group Account Director

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our integrated communication team.

This role is ideal for professionals at the early stages of their career who want hands-on exposure to advertising, PR, digital, and corporate communication projects, working closely with Account Managers and Account Directors as part of a unified team.

The Account Executive supports the execution of integrated campaigns while gradually developing the skills required to grow into a full Account Manager role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day execution of integrated communication projects.
  • Assist in briefing, follow-ups, presentations, reporting, event coordination, and digital campaign support.
  • Support the drafting and editing of communication materials such as press releases, announcements, social/digital content, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist in ensuring accuracy, tone of voice, and consistency across all written deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, PR, Digital, Media, Technology, Production) and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain regular client contact and ensure accurate and on-time deliverables.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and relevant communication developments.
  • Support pitches and new business development initiatives.

 

Required Experience & Skills

  • 0–2 years of experience in an agency or communication-related role.
  • University or College degree/diploma in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Good understanding of communication, marketing, and media fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Strong written communication skills, with attention to detail and structure.
  • Ability and willingness to write and edit content across different communication formats and channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Exposure to digital, PR, or below-the-line activities is considered a plus.
