Account Manager

Reports to: Account Director or Group Account Director

We are looking for an Account Manager with a 360° communication mindset, capable of managing integrated projects across advertising, PR, digital, corporate communications, and experiential activations.

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in translating strategy into execution, managing day-to-day client relationships, and ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams, under the strategic guidance of the Account Director / Group Account Director.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client projects end-to-end within an integrated communication framework.
  • Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service and strong relationships.
  • Develop briefs, presentations, proposals, and timelines for advertising, PR, digital, events, and below-the-line activities.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Creative, PR, Digital, Media, Technology, Production, and Finance teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on time, and within budget.
  • Provide proactive solutions to client challenges while safeguarding agency reputation and profitability.
  • Monitor industry trends, client competition, and communication best practices to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Support pitches and new business development initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide Account Executives, fostering teamwork and professional growth.

 

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–4 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role within an agency or consulting environment.
  • Proven exposure to integrated communication projects.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent client management, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to critically review, refine, and approve written communication materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across channels.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, reporting, and project profitability.
  • University or College degree/diploma in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven attitude.
