The role
We are seeking a forward-thinking and analytical Management Consultant to join our Consulting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, data analysis, and client collaboration. You will work directly with clients to understand their strategic priorities, uncover challenges through deep research and stakeholder engagement, and design actionable solutions that drive measurable value. As a trusted advisor, you will shape impactful transformation journeys — from strategy formulation to implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client goals, strategic challenges, and market positioning.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and collect qualitative and quantitative data to identify inefficiencies and pain points.
- Analyze internal processes, financial and operational data, market trends, and competitor benchmarks.
- Synthesize complex information to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop tailored strategies to improve business performance, operational efficiency, or market competitiveness.
- Design change initiatives, cost optimization programs, and innovative operating models.
- Translate findings into structured, evidence-based recommendations and strategic roadmaps.
- Prepare client-ready presentations, business cases, and high-level executive summaries.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Support clients during the implementation phase through hands-on support or change enablement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics after solution rollout.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships and contribute to long-term value creation.
- Provide guidance on future initiatives, potential risks, or growth opportunities.

- Presentation & Executive Reporting: Designs high-impact presentations and communicates recommendations with authority.
- Change Enablement: Supports clients during the execution phase with a pragmatic, results-focused mindset.
- Ethical Judgment: Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in high-stakes environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MSc preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or corporate advisory roles.
- Proven experience delivering structured recommendations and guiding clients through change.
- Strong proficiency in business modeling, executive communication, and team collaboration.
