Senior Digital Account Manager
We are actively recruiting for a dynamic Senior Digital Account Manager with enthusiasm, creativity, and methodical approach to strengthen our digital marketing team. As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will oversee our key client accounts, develop digital marketing strategies, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns. You will be the main point of contact for clients, working closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
· Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to clients’ needs and business objectives.
· Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
· Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and technical departments, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.
· Communication with suppliers and negotiation of financial agreements according to project’s needs, in compliance with the financial policy of the Company
· Ensure adherence to the corporate commercial policy.
· Address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies and strategies.
· Complaint / project problem management
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital account management, preferably within an agency setting.
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent communication, presentation to public, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, Google Analytics)
· Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
· Strategic thinker with a client-focused mindset.
· Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
